Morningline Leads ("Morningline", "we") publishes construction research from public building permit records. This page explains what we collect on morninglineleads.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you request a free sample or contact us, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, company, email, phone, trade and service area. The form is delivered to our email by FormSubmit, a form-forwarding service. We use this information to prepare your sample, to answer you and to follow up about Morningline.

When you browse the site, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, how people arrive (for example from a search) and where they leave. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your browser, device, approximate location (city level) and the pages you view. We use it only to improve the site. We have turned off Google's optional data sharing for its own products and advertising.

Subscribers pay through Stripe; we do not see or store card numbers.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not publish the phone numbers or emails of private individuals in our reports or on this site.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop hearing from us, email contact@morninglineleads.com and we will take care of it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we honor them for everyone.

Email policy

We email businesses only, one at a time, about permit data for their trade. We don't buy or rent email lists, and we don't use bulk-mail services. Every email includes our name, postal address and a simple opt-out: reply "remove" and we'll never email you again. Questions: dave@morninglineleads.com.

Public records

Our reports and city pages are built from official building permit records published by cities and counties. Names that appear in those records appear as the government published them.
